Name: Colton Gale
Currently lives in: Bend, Oregon
About him: Colton is a New England native with big mountains on the brain and recently transplanted to Bend, Oregon in search of beautiful and challenging trails. When not getting lost in the wilderness, he enjoys nearly all brewed beverages (coffee, beer, kombucha) and spreading smiles. For a number of years he has been working in the run specialty industry and hopes to pursue a career in shoe product design. If you’re swinging through Bend, please reach out and he’d love to share some adventures or a sunrise run.
Upcoming Races / Adventures: Way Too Cool 50k and Lake Sonoma 50 while building up to the Canyons 100k. He will be pacing a friend at the Leadville 100, and if the trails open up he may attempt his first 100 miler on the Angels2Alpine route.
Other potential expeditions still up in the air are the Timberline Trail loop, section hiking the Oregon portion of the PCT, the Siskiyou Outback 50k, heading back to the Vermont 50 to defend his crown, the TNF 50 mile in San Francisco, and a return to the California International Marathon.
